The OHL Group is a property investment research, education and consultancy company with its head office in Melbourne and a regional office in Hobart.  We are also a licensed Real Estate Agent that specialises in identifying real estate hotspots along the East coast of Australia for our clients and affiliates.  We also provide professional services and arrange finance and property management options if required.

Historically the hot spots we have identified have experienced strong capital growth, population growth and extremely attractive rental returns for our clients.

The OHL Group has business relationships with land developers and reputable builders, and are able to hand pick blocks in estates before they are offered to the general public – hence ensuring the best quality at economical prices. We then secure these quality blocks that have the highest demand and strongest potential for capital growth.

OHL Group has its own well researched property designs specific for lifestyle, function and value for money.  The OHL Operations and Admin team follows through all the contract processes; manages the building projects for our clients, and also updates clients regularly on the progress of their investments during the construction right through to tenancy.

The founders of the OHL Group are Phil & Josique Hartog.  Both Phil & Josique became self made millionaires by age 35 and did it through property investing.  They have over 20 years experience in the property industry, have bought, sold, renovated and developed property so bring a vast number of skills and experience to the business.  Phil has also worked in the building industry and has designed, built and sold hundreds of properties during the past eight years.  Josique brings 20 years of corporate and business experience, having previously worked as an IT Consultant in corporate Australia.  She now mentors small business ownders and investors to fast track their success at OHL Group and runs her own mentoring and coaching business: Excel In Performance. 

The OHL Group also includes a team of Resarchers, Contract Administrators, Operations Staff, Investment Consultants, Customer Relationship Consultants and Finance Affiliates.

OHL Group also has business partnerships with associated businesses such as: Property Managers, Solicitors, Accountants and Mortgage brokers so that we can operate as a broad 'problem solver' and provide our clients with all the services required to make the entire property investment journey an easy, streamlined, highly successful, and enjoyable experience.
